  • macOS Sequoia (15.0) now required
    : If you're on an older version, please update before the release.
  • You'll need to log in again
    : After upgrading to v3, you'll be signed out. Please log in again.
  • Lite and Plus plans are merging
    : The $8 Lite and $15 Plus plans are combining into a single $10 Pro plan. Pro includes 1,500 minutes per month, same as Plus. If you're on Plus, you'll be switched to Pro automatically. Lite users can reach out to us to switch.

  • ๐Ÿค– Live assistant and coaching (BETA)
    : Built for salespeople, interviewers, and anyone who needs to draw out information from others. Caret listens to your conversation and gives you real-time suggestions based on your knowledge base and prompts. It can surface relevant answers when you get technical questions, suggest follow-up points when the other person is talking, and nudge you when you're talking too much. After the meeting, you can request feedback on specific areas. Caret will review what went well, what could improve, and whether you covered all the key questions.
    (Available on Pro, Team, Enterprise plan. Only available with online meetings.)
  • ๐Ÿ“‹ Pre-readings
    : 15 minutes before your meeting, Caret sends you a briefing via email or Slack. It pulls together past emails, CRM records, LinkedIn profiles, and company info about the person you're meeting.
    (Available on Pro, Team, Enterprise plan. Information may be incorrect if there are not enough information about the participant.)
  • ๐ŸŽจ Whole-new user experience
    : We've updated the interface to make note-taking easier during meetings. You can now connect your calendar, folders, and CRM for automation, and view the live assistant right in the app.
  • ๐Ÿ“ Tags and teams are now folders
    : No more juggling tags and separate team accounts. Folders now handle organization, access control, and automation in one place.
    (Your existing tags and teams will migrate automatically.)
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Ask @caret in Slack
    : Mention @caret in any meeting thread to ask questions about that meeting. Get the key points without joining the call.
    (You need to reconnect Caret Slack app in Settings > Slack)
